New for summer 2010: Small groups, less than 25 persons have from all ordered cruises prices – 10 %.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

We are collecting always 30 euro of an extra fee when canceling a confirmed order. Of all other changes in orders made beforehand will Airistoline Oy charge according to a following list:

up to 30 days prior the arrival day	»	no costs
30-14 days prior the arrival day	»	25% of reservation price
14-7 days prior the arrival day	»	50% of reservation price
7-0 days prior the arrival day	»	100% of reservation price

If Airisto Line Oy is canceling the cruise up to 14 days prior to departure day the company is not obliged to organize another ship or compensate extra costs for the customer.

If Airisto Line Oy is canceling the cruise later than 14 days prior to departure day the company will pay the costs between the prices agreed with Airisto Line Oy and the other company that organizes the cruise instead of Airisto Line Oy. With available resurses will company also help to find another ship.

If the cancelation is due to bad weather, a sudden technical problem or some other reason caused by the nature the cruise can be totally canceled and Airisto Line Oy shall not be responsible for any costs.
